Thanx very much for your services. i successfully downloaded otsAV free and am enjoying the product with only audio. i ve failed to play and mix videos. i request for for an update of how i can use/ play videos

I like the OTS AV very much, but, I don't like the voice sting (Signiture).
I know that it needs to be there for a reason, but why have it so you can't turn it off?

There are other options you can't access, that would be suffient surely? The voice sting can be VERY annoying.
Because of this, I have decided to delete it.
I cannot afford to pay the price for the FULL version without that annoying voice, I only use it at home. I am not prepared to pay that price for it just to use at home.

It supposed to be a "Free" player, which it is to a degree, but it's use is not viable, not with that "OTs AV" in that annoying voice over.

OtsAV is great for a free program i use pcdj and have used it 4 a long time now and prefer it over various different software

I think this will be a good DJ Program. I could not use and demo OtsAV as it keeps on playing the OTSAV sound when ever I try to anounce the next song that is going to play.So I will have to say thanks but no thanks I cant test or use this program.

Ots AV Free Reveiw

Fantastic piece of software! The built in compressor and eq are amazing and this alone is a reason to buy this software! Only negative, and ots not a biggiw, is the time it takes to catalog the library for the first time, but even that compared to some others is fairly good.

I am very much happy when i downloaded your software. I am fond of listening to music. The music I played goes on smoothly. Not like any other player that you will wait for a seconds before the next music to be played. By otsav player it is cued and played right away.

File Format

My name is Clive Ashford I am a professional radio presenter and DJ and I am involved with the launch of a station onto the FM band this month.

My background is radio presenting, mobile deejaying and in IT.

I've been using computers now since the days of DOS and Windows 3.1 and am very much involved these days on the music side of things. I've tried to do a batch convert in the downloaded free version of Ots with my music collection. It didn't work. I'm not very happy with having to do this in the first place as Ots will not play MP4 or WMA files which is what my thousands of tracks of music are in. I only have a few in WAV format and the odd few in MP3.

You'll appreciate how busy it is in this industry and do not have time to re-record my music in MP3!

Ots should allow files to be dropped in and played without the need of conversion. According to the sound experts MP3 is a poor relation in comparison to WAV or WMA as it doesn't give the same stereo separation.

At my previous station we used a free copy of Zara Radio which does allow 'drop and play' and is so much better, particularly when doing a live show!!

I may have to resort to using CDs, which will be an absolute pain in the rear!!!

Love it.

I couldn't believe how quickly I learnt the basics in using this programme and I now use it for playing all my music in our house. The demonstration is an awesome idea, and the features have opened a new world in my audio enjoyment. I will certainly be looking at upgrading to the other version when I'm more financial. Would it be possible to use the cross-fader and scratch feature at same time?

Good, once you learn how to use it.

Amazing amount of features and capabilities. I found it rather hard to import videos, as it states the software is "designed" to do.

It's more designed for DJs and audio automation than it is video automation. Have to convert everything video to a OtsAV-native format, can't keep in MPEG or other formats.

Great interface but it's ease of use was too poor beecause i didn't want to have to "learn" how to use it, I just wanted to be able to use it.

However, if you want this program for proper, serious use then don't hesitate before downloading it.

A superior program for enjoying your music

I was introduced to this software (full version) at Special Event FM radio station CJNU Winnipeg MB where I do casual producing for seasoned retired veteran broadcasters. I am an avid music lover and I found this program easy to master and I enjoy the quality of sound it produces as well as the flexibility it offers. I highly recommend OTS for home music enthusiasts and professionals alike.
